Snack Ideas (for non-cleanse days)

– 1/2 IsaLean Shake (any time of day even before bed)

– 1/2 IsaLean Bar

– 1 IsaDelight Plus (best 2 hours after eating or when it is too early for a meal)

– 1 Slim Cake

– 2 tbsp. IsaCrunch

– a few Isagenix Snacks (wafers) esp with purified water – controls blood sugars & cravings

– 1 Fiber Snack bar

– 5-10 raw Almonds

– 1 egg

– 1 cup cucumber sliced

– a small organic salad with organic dressing

– 1 cup of fresh melon or berries

– 1 small apple sliced

– 1/2 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa

– 1 stalk of celery with organic almond butter

– 3 oz. grilled organic chicken

– 1/2 cup fat free organic yogurt with berries

– 1/2 cup fat-free organic cottage cheese
